Founded in 1963, Sacred Heart University is a private, Roman Catholic university in Fairfield, Connecticut.
The Challenge
Sacred Heart University aimed to drive new graduate student acquisition across the University’s many schools and corresponding programs. A major hurdle in maximizing Social Media’s value as part of the plan was the inability to track application submissions due to technology conflicts between Slate and Facebook. The University also sought to grow its Certificate Programs.
The Approach
DCW Media strategized a comprehensive approach incorporating People-Based Digital, Google Search, Display, and Social platforms to enhance the effectiveness of each channel by targeting specific stages of the conversion funnel. Given the constraints of one creative set, we recommended focusing on converting page-level engagements into high-value remarketing audiences. This enabled us to develop look-alike models based on the profiles of Sacred Heart University's top prospects, optimizing the potential for successful conversions.
