Consumer Directed Choices (CD Choices) is a nonprofit organization founded and managed by people with disabilities and their families.
The Challenge
Tronvig Group partnered with DCW to assist their client, Consumer Directed Choices, who faced challenges introducing the NYC market while maintaining a strong brand presence in the Hudson Valley and Upstate NY.CD Choices needed help achieving key performance indicators, including increasing form submissions from consumers, job portal account creations for recruitment, and Salesforce leads for all categories, including closed converted leads.
The Approach
DCW developed a full-funnel media strategy to drive awareness, visits, consideration, and conversions for Consumer Directed Choices. We used Salesforce data with 1-to-1 match backs to pinpoint the most effective media channels and regions for maximizing lead potential. This approach ensured that all stages of the customer journey were addressed and optimized for better results.
