VISITING NURSE SERVICE OF NEW YORK (VNSNY)

Goal:

The Visiting Nurse Service of New York (VNSNY) sought to increase the number of unique visitors to VNSNY.org among both consumers and HCPs by 15%, while also growing top-of-mind awareness, considering, and understanding of their offerings beyond nursing services

Strategy:

To achieve these goals, we focused on digital (Programmatic Display, Mobile Web, In-App, Pre-Roll Video, eNewsletter, CRM Targeting, Mobile hyperlocal, Publisher Direct Placements, SEM) and OOH (LinkNYC, Urban Panels, Bus Sides), terrestrial Radio on WINS and developed the Senior Healthcare Report, Chinese newspapers, and site directs including NY Times & NY Mag. We established an “Always On” presence to remain top-of-mind for when the need for Home Care or Hospice becomes necessary.
