Admin Assistant
Job summary:
Located in Suffolk County Long Island, DCW Media is seeking a sharp, reliable, and responsible full-time Administrative Assistant. This is an Entry Level Position within a fast-paced environment with tremendous growth potential.
Candidates must have exceptional client service, be dependable, organized and a multi-tasker. This is a full-time in office position. Background in advertising a plus.
Primary tasks:
- Answering phones/greet guests upon arrival.
- Assist with media pre-log and post-log requests
- Support to office staff involving travel arrangements, filing, document creation and special projects
- Facilitating Out of Home and Print advertising creatives.
- Working independently and willing to take initiative while still being a team player.
- Maintain office supplies/inventory.
The qualifications and requirements are as follows:
- Must possess strong multi-tasking skills as well as being organized with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to balance a variety of tasks and not be intimidated by a large volume of work
- Organized and extremely detail oriented, ability to manage many projects simultaneously
- High School Diploma required.
