AFC Urgent Care

Goals:

To raise awareness of the Grand Opening of a new and distinguished option for area consumers seeking Urgent Care in East Meadow, NY, engage with the community and local officials on a hyperlocal level as a family-oriented facility, as well as to draw media and public attention to AFC’s VIP Ribbon Cutting event & Public Grand Opening Celebration.

Strategy:

  • Public Relations: DCW partnered with a local PR agency for the composition of pitch story, complete news release, media alerts, and outreach to local officials; including VIP invitations.
  • K-98.3 Radio 3-Week Campaign with DJ appearance on day of Grand Opening.
  • Direct Mail Postcards x 2 drops to East Meadow, Levittown and surrounding homes/businesses.
  • LI Herald Full Page Color Ads in East Meadow Community Guide and Sports Preview Guide (24,054 Circulation).
  • Pandora Radio 8-Week campaign targeting a 5-mile radius of their East Meadow location.
  • Mobile billboard truck with (2) 8’ x 16’ Color Ads circled the area for 2-days, 10-hours per day.
  • Celebrity Meet & Greet: Booked an appearance by former New York Knick, Herb Williams.
